
Program Director
Responsibilities: Leadership, guidance and supervision of infant, toddler, preschool, and pre-kindergarten programs. As a supervisor, the Program Director supports the teaching team’s professional growth by providing coaching and training for staff with a focus on room design, child assessments, and room cleanliness. The Program Director will also collaborate with, assist, and support the Operations Manager with overall center management.
Requirements: BA in Early Childhood Education or related field. Preferably, candidates will have three years or more experience in a professional teaching position. Prior supervisory experience is preferred with strong organizational, written and oral communication skills.
Operations Manager
Responsibilities: Overall center operations, which includes but is not limited to: maintaining staff and children files, reviewing child attendance reports, revising and implementing staff schedules, adhering to Safari Childcare’s payment policies, administering collection calls, and implementing purchase orders. Our ideal candidate will have proven leadership, organizational skills, supervisory experience, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements: BA in Business Management or related field. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Preferably, candidates will have experience in customer service and fiscal management.
Associate Teacher
Responsibilities: Classroom management, tending to children's individual needs, implementing lesson plans, maintaining room design and decorations, completing weekly reports, and following daily health and safety procedures.
Requirements: Minimum of 30 college credits with 6 in Early Childhood and 1 year of experience, 60 college credits with 6 in Early Childhood and no experience, or CDA.
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
Assistant Teacher
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include assisting lead teachers with all classroom functions: lesson plans, room design, and maintaining health and safety procedures.
Requirements: High School Diploma
